Privacy policy

We collect what we need to send you a parcel and answer your email. Nothing beyond that, and none of it is sold.

What we collect

• Your name, delivery address, email and phone number, so the parcel arrives.
• What you ordered and what it cost, so we can handle returns and repairs.
• Which pages and products get looked at, and what gets added to a cart, so we know what to make more of.
• Your email at checkout is linked to that visit, so an order can be matched to the person who placed it.

We never see your card number. Payment details go straight to Whop and are handled entirely by them.

Who else sees it

• Whop, to take the payment and issue refunds.
• The courier, to deliver the parcel.
• Our email provider, to send the receipt.

That is the whole list. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run third-party tracking pixels on this site.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Everything else is deleted two years after your last order, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@north.example and we will do it within thirty days, usually within two.
